The team at runface like to help out whether it be with our club or on a closer level. From personal experience I've recently followed a structured training plan to lose 3 stone in weight and get back down to 17 mins for 5km. We've encouraged several others to get their trainers back on and learn to enjoy running again and hit PB's in the process. Sometimes it's as easy as a bit of guidance and motivation.

 

Because everyone involved found this useful, we've decided to share the training plan as an excel attachment (With personal details removed). On it you'll find the training plans used by a couple of runners (20 and 22 minute targets respectively), and tabs on sessions and pacing guides for the sessions. We hope there are some out there who can make use of the plans knowing that it allowed these people to achieve their targets.
