Beat the Boat - Last 50 Places!
Beat the Boat is now just one month and one day away and things are moving frantically over at runface towers. We're excited, our race partners are excited (Mahtay, Hetty Events, Test Kitchen, The George Inn, French Brothers Boats, Windsor&Eton Brewery and Datchet Dashers) and we are putting the finishing touches on the event, including planning our mid race party station, which will be a bit more than just a water station....it'll also be dishing out beer and prosecco for any runners (over 18) who want it!
We are now down to less than 50 places in the race. All the spectator places on the boats are now full (Although there is plenty of free viewing space out on the course) and soon the race will be full itself. Please dont delay as we will not be able to go over our safety capacity for the course. We are expecting the race to be full in the very near future.
Have you seen our medals?! They arrived this week. Each finisher will receive a medal, special edition technical running top (scroll down to see) and a goodie bag filled with drinks and snacks. Podium finishers and age group winners will also get bespoke trophies and prizes from the Runface and the Windsor and Eton Brewery, so if you fancy your chances at the sharp end of the race (or know anyone speedy), its worth getting involved for some great plunder!
